Benevere Pharmacy, a CVS Health Company, has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacy Mail Representative to join our Specialty Pharmacy located in Collierville, TN! Whether you are new to working in a pharmacy environment, or are an expert Pharmacy Technician, we have a place for you on our team to use your skills and talents to serve and care for our patients and customers! This position works Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for pulling and preparing Prior Authorization forms for prescriber review along with medical chart interpretation and prescriber office contact and follow up. Furthermore, you will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained, as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Some other critical components of this role include reading and interpreting medical clinic notes and lab data, performing referral intake and clarifications, and handling coverage appeals preparation and coordination. You will also assist in other areas of the pharmacy and perform other duties, if needed.
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
Tennessee Pharmacy Technician Registration
High School Diploma or GED
Specialty Pharmacy experience and Prior Authorization experience
At least one year of work experience in a pharmacy service environment
High School Diploma or GED
