First Tennessee Bank Operations Manager - Hernando in Hernando, Mississippi
Description This position will support the Hernando Financial Center (500 E. Commerce Street).
Supervises and schedules the work of all tellers in the main office or a branch to ensure efficient teller operations during business hours.
Leads the Customer Service Satisfaction of the Financial Center, including resolving customer issues with a manner that is consistent with goals.
Leads the Technical Performance of the Financial Center through maintaining control over key risk areas of the center, including tellers difference, operational losses, and audit control procedures, resolution of out-of-balance conditions, compliance, and quarterly and annual audit functions.
Leads the Sales Support Efforts of the Financial Center .
Supervises subordinate staff including: hiring recommendations; determining workload and delegating assignments; training, monitoring and evaluating performance; and initiating corrective and disciplinary actions to include terminations.
Requirements Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. General banking/operations. Relevant certifications.
FINANCIAL CENTER HOURS: Monday - Thursday; 9:00AM - 4:00PM Friday; 9:00AM - 6:00PM Saturday; 9:00am - 1:00pm
