Technicolor Manufacturing Service Representative/Scheduler (2nd Shift) in Memphis, Tennessee

Liaison with DVD Packaging and Customer Service, Order Entry & Master Data for Bill of Materials supporting all Packaging work orders.
Responsible to review Bill of Materials and report issues to Customer Service.
Responsible for communicating with Customer Service groups concerning product builds.
Responsible for reviewing and tracking of Bill of Material issues and following through with issues until resolved.
Responsible for attending daily call between Technicolor Customer Service groups and advising on status of open packaging order Bill of Material issues.
Responsible for updating system with accurate packaging component delivery dates.
Responsible for updating standards database for all Packaging orders.
Responsible to review orders for requirements of labels and order label components from third party vendor to have available timely for production requirements.
Responsible for reviewing requirements for first article samples and supplying first article photos to Customer Service for Customer approval.
Must be able to maintain a professional image and communication style at all times, ensuring that the credibility and the reputation of the department are always maintained.
Must maintain open and ongoing communication with the supervision, management and other staff.
Must maintain a clean and safe work area. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must be able to back up other Production Control positions as needed. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Must be extremely detail oriented. Excel and Word skills required.
Access skills desired.
Must work well under pressure.
