Technicolor Quality Assurance Auditor (All Shifts) in Memphis, Tennessee

  • Follow sampling plans and standard operating procedures.

  • Perform in-process and finished goods audits according to the Bill of Materials and established processes and procedures.

  • Escalate the findings of these audits to management and necessary passdown on shift and initiate/execute root cause analysis and appropriate corrective actions.

  • Enter audit data into Audit Microsoft Access Database.

  • Perform process audits in determining compliance to work instructions.

  • Assists as needed in complaint investigation and special projects.

  • Pays attention to detain and accuracy.

  • Possesses sound reasoning and problem-solving skills.

  • Perform testing and inspection for out-sources products when needed.

  • Assist in training of new auditors when necessary.

  • Flexible to work overtime and another shift when necessary.

  • Work with Word and Excel software in preparing reports.

  • Punctual and dependable.

  • Comfortable working in Warehouse/Distribution setting.

  • Physical requirements – able to stand for long periods of time.


  • High school diploma required.

  • Associates Degree (AA); or 3+ years related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Previous distribution, manufacturing, warehouse experience preferred, using labor and warehouse management systems a plus.

  • Must possess basic Microsoft Office skills.

  • Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
