SRVS Secretary – Personal Support Department in Memphis, Tennessee

*Duties: Under the supervision of the Regional Field Manager, the Secretary will provide support to team members as directed. Other responsibilities include the overall workflow for the department. Will ensure billing is accurate in correlation to member authorization and staff documentation. Duties will also include filing, maintaining member's records, and other clerical duties as assigned. *

Requirements: High School diploma or G.E.D. required.* Must have at least 2 years office clerical experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must also have excellent oral and written communication; must be well organized. The ability to successfully multi-task is essential.*
