We are looking for experienced production workers who can work in the Collierville, TN area. We are looking for employees who can work independently on an assembly line, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and cross train in multiple positions. An average day is spent 90% of the time on the Production Line, and 10% maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Standing for up to 8-10 hours at a time

  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline driven environment

  • Flexibility with shifts is preferred

  • Attendance is a priority

1st shift = 7 am to 3:15 pm

2nd shift = 3 pm to 11:15 pm

3rd shift = 11 pm to 7:15 am

Working hours: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts


  • Must provide 2 positive work references from 2 past Supervisors in a Manufacturing Environment

  • Must have at least 6 months work experience working in a Production Environment and/or Machine operation, other work experience will be considered upon completion of application.

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
